Home care in Rose Bay
Holdsworth provides aged care at home across the South-East and Central Suburbs of Sydney. We are a not-for-profit community organisation based in Woollahra. We have been helping families for over 85 years.
At Holdsworth, we believe people should be able to stay in the place they love as they age. That’s why we provide personalised home care across Rose Bay, helping you live comfortably and confidently in your own home.
We are committed to helping you maintain your independence and continue living in the home you know. We can assist with everything from daily personal care and domestic tasks through to clinical nursing, allied health and social programs that keep you connected to your neighbourhood.

Funding your care
How government funding works
Holdsworth is a registered approved provider under the Aged Care Act, meaning we deliver services through both major government-funded programs. Our friendly team can guide you through the application process step by step.
Support at Home Program
The Support at Home Program (which replaced Home Care Packages from November 2025) funds coordinated in-home care for older people based on assessed need. Classifications range from entry-level to high-complexity support. The higher your assessed classification, the more funding is available for services. Holdsworth delivers care across all classifications.
Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP)
The CHSP is designed for people who need a small amount of assistance to stay at home — such as occasional domestic help, social support or transport to appointments. It involves a small client contribution and is accessed through My Aged Care. If you’re unsure whether you’d qualify, call us — we can help you work out what applies to your situation.
