We connect with local organisations and partner with government to deliver the right innovative and exciting projects for the communities we work in.
Woollahra Council partnership
Holdsworth has worked alongside Woollahra Council for many years, and this collaboration is one of the most meaningful things we do. When two organisations share the same commitment to their community, the results go well beyond what either could achieve alone.
The history of this partnership reflects a shared commitment to providing practical, locally-based support for residents who need it most. Together, we help older adults navigate aged care, support people living with dementia and their families, and create welcoming spaces where people of all ages can connect and belong. Our joint efforts make Woollahra a stronger, more connected place for everyone who calls it home. Through our partnership with Woollahra Council, we currently deliver five programs across the local community.
