Our Men’s Chat Group, part of Woollahra Life!, offers a chance to get together and discuss a wide range of topics in a relaxed setting.

Each month, we invite guest speakers to share their insights on various topics. These sessions are always thought-provoking and offer fresh perspectives on issues that matter. We cover a wide range of subjects, from local happenings to global events, and dig into themes that can provide practical tips to improve your health and wellbeing. It’s a great way to learn something new and pick up some useful advice along the way.
