This month’s Women’s Chat Group is a little different. This month is all about connection and gentle movement.

Come along for a warm and relaxed afternoon with Llanos and Valeria. We’ll spend the first part of the session simply getting to know each other, sharing a little about ourselves and building the connections that make Woollahra Life! such a special community. We’ll then wind down together with a gentle Stretch and Release, leaving you feeling calm, refreshed and ready for the rest of your week.

All women are welcome, whether you’re a long-time regular or completely new to Woollahra Life!
