Holdsworth Appoints New CEO

We are very pleased to announce the appointment of our new CEO, Craig Rutherford, following a thorough and comprehensive search process that has taken place over the past year.

After a rigorous selection process, we are very fortunate to have found Craig, who brings a broad and diverse career history to Holdsworth, with significant experience in aged care and community services. Craig’s background includes leading complex organisations, driving innovative programs, and advancing digital transformation initiatives, skills that will be essential to our continued growth and success. We are excited to welcome Craig at such a pivotal time for Holdsworth, as we work to set up our programs and services for a sustainable future.

Craig will officially start on 6^th January 2025. In the meantime, Interim CEO, Lyn Ainsworth will continue in her role and assist with Craig’s induction, ensuring a smooth transition.

We thank Lyn for her capable leadership, which has provided stability and support to our team throughout this transition period.

We look forward to welcoming Craig in January and commencing an exciting new chapter ahead for Holdsworth.
