We are a registered NDIS provider, and we are committed to working towards your goals.
We support your positive outlook and enthusiasm for engaging in new activities, and we set clear expectations to get the best out of our programs, including arriving on time and having the correct funds to pay for activities.

At Holdsworth, we tailor programs for you. Whether it’s meeting new people, catching up with old friends or creating a routine you’re comfortable with, we can give you a real boost to your confidence and help make a difference to your everyday life.
Outings and classes can include hanging out with friends, trying a new hobby, participating in a class, like drama, or joining a sporting club.

Would you like support with paying bills, cooking, catching public transport or creating and staying on top of your to-do list? We’re here for you.
Our registered nurses are here to assist you with your in-home medical care needs, or for day-to-day support.
Coordination
Don’t go it alone. Your dedicated Support Coordinator will work with you to find a range of suitable NDIS approved services and programs that can help you to develop your skills, grow your support networks and build your confidence. We’re here for you to make decisions and have fun along the way.

The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) is a framework to support Australians with disability, as well as their families and carers. NDIS takes a lifetime approach to ensuring that Australians with disability have the support they need to live an ordinary life.
