About the role
We are currently looking for a Marketing & Communications Coordinator to join our team. Key duties will include:
- Developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies across digital and traditional platforms.
- Managing social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) to increase engagement and grow our online community.
- Creating and distributing eDM campaigns, newsletters, and other digital content.
- Leading fundraising marketing initiatives to support organisation’s goals.
- Supporting content creation (photography, video, and print) with a keen focus on branding and storytelling.
- Updating website content and optimising for accessibility, SEO, and user experience.
- Assisting in events planning and promotional activities.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with our mission.
About you
We are looking for a candidate with:
- Proven experience in marketing campaigns management, with a digital and social media focus.
- Experience in the not-for-profit sector and fundraising campaigns will be highly regarded.
- Proficiency in design software such as Canva to create impactful content.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages for various audiences.
- Strong organisational skills and experience working with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot).
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team.
- Passionate for community work and making a meaningful impact.
