Holdsworth Outreach Program

Our Holdsworth Outreach Program is designed to connect seniors living in social housing in the Randwick LGA with each other and with the support they need to access My Aged Care services.

Our weekly programs are run in different locations in the area, and run for one to three hours, giving us the chance to have meaningful conversations and share morning tea.

We can walk you through registering for My Aged Care and accessing service providers.
