Our services

We are a registered NDIS provider, and we are committed to working towards your goals.

We support your positive outlook and enthusiasm for engaging in new activities, and we set clear expectations to get the best out of our programs, including arriving on time and having the correct funds to pay for activities.
(maximum $30 per outing)

Feedback and complaints

At Holdsworth, your feedback is important to us. Whether you want to tell us what you love, suggest ways we could improve, or share new ideas — we want to hear from you.

You can choose to share your thoughts personally or anonymously, and all feedback is kept strictly confidential. We encourage all participants and carers to share their ongoing thoughts, including:

  • What you enjoy, and what you don’t enjoy about Holdsworth.
  • Ideas for how things could be improved or done differently.
  • Suggestions for changes you’d like to see and how we can support you to make them happen.
