The Management Team

CEO – Jason Malone
Jason comes to Holdsworth with over 20 years of experience across the banking, manufacturing, distribution and aged care sectors. He is passionate about making a difference and helping organisations to deliver person-centric solutions to ensure people feel valued and respected.

He has led organisations through business turnaround, due diligence, acquisition, integration and crisis management. Jason lives locally and knows Holdsworth well.

Kim Tipoki
Community Care Manager (NDIS & Family Services) – Kim Tipoki
Overall management of our Community Programs is the responsibility of Community Care Manager, Kim Tipoki who has over 15 years of experience working in the community sector-leading small and large teams of staff. Kim has Mental Health update qualifications, Advanced Certificate in Business Management, Cert IV Disability Studies, and is currently studying for Cert IV Training and Assessment.
Head of Community Care – Brooke Norrie

Brooke joined Holdsworth in 2022 with over 13 years of experience in the community sector and a strong background in leadership, business management, business development, case management, project management and working with Government funding within the aged care and disability sectors.

Lead by her values and ethical approach, Brooke enjoys working closely with the community and Holdsworth. Brooke has a degree in the Social Sciences with training and qualifications in dementia, home care budgets, quality auditing and mental health first aid. Her passion for working with the community is demonstrated through experience leading teams and advocating for our older generation to ensure they have awareness of what is available to them, connecting them to services and support to continue living safely and independently at home.

Manager, Marketing & Development – JouJou Faulkner
JouJou joined Holdsworth in 2019 bringing with her over 17 years of marketing experience. JouJou’s extensive knowledge of the Australian Ageing sector comes from thorough research and in-house experience working for one of Australia’s leading Retirement Living property developers and operators.

After spending years working for global brands and niche start-ups, JouJou knows that to build a strong market position and long-term strategic growth –  an organisation needs to start with the people. JouJou is a huge advocate for giving back to the community and has an aspiration to help Holdsworth deliver on its community promise.

Chief Financial Officer – Rob Lancuba

Rob joined Holdsworth in 2022 with over 20 years of experience across the FMCG, Advertising & Marketing, Retail, Services, and Aged & Disability sectors. Rob has managed organisations through business turnaround and transformation, due diligence, acquisition, and IPO. He is an entrepreneurial, strategically oriented CFO dedicated to growing & scaling companies and organisations.

Rob enjoys partnering with the CEO, the Leadership Team and the wider business to inspire people to think differently, nurture them, challenge them, understand their fears, and give them the confidence to step forward and be superstars! His passion is helping Holdsworth deliver on its commitments to the Community and Clients as well as plan for the future through the delivery of value-added financial insights and strategy.  He believes being a CFO is seeing what everybody has seen and thinking what nobody has thought.
