Discover the joy of rhythm and music in a fun, interactive percussion workshop led by Pedro, an experienced percussion artist.

Whether you have never picked up an instrument before or simply love music, this hands-on session is designed to uplift, energise and connect. Research shows that music and rhythm have powerful benefits for mood, memory and overall wellbeing.

Pick up a drum, shake a maraca and discover the joy of making music together.

Cost: $36 (includes door-to-door transport and lunch)

Eligibility

This activity is funded through the Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) and is available to eligible older people. To attend, you need a CHSP referral code. Contact us if you need help getting started.

Not at all. This workshop is open to everyone, regardless of musical background..

Not sure if you have the right My Aged Care approval?
To attend this activity, you need to be approved for Group Social Support under the CHSP. If you are not sure what your approval covers, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.
