Accounts Receivable Officer

$75 – 80k + super and salary packaging

Key responsibilities

  • Producing monthly customer invoices and statements
  • Lodge online claims
  • Apply government payments and bills to client accounts
  • Collect on accounts through reminders, and liaising with customers via phone and email
  • Maintaining customer information In Xero and our CRM system
  • Attend to client and staff inquiries & requests
  • Month end reporting and reconciliations

About you

  • Positive attitude to older people, people living with a disability or memory loss and their carers
  • 3+ years of relevant experience working in a similar role, preferably in the not-for-profit sector
  • Experience with Xero will be highly regarded
  • Experience with AlayaCare desirable
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) and online database systems
  • Solid reconciliation experience and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to use initiative, set priorities and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communications skills with an ability to work with people across the whole organisation
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and autonomously
  • Great attention to detail and accuracy
