We proudly offer a range of comprehensive services spanning disability, aged care, families, and carers, ensuring tailored support that aligns with our participants needs and aspirations.

About the role

We are always keen to hear from people who may be interested in Support Work on a casual or permanent basis to make a difference in the community by providing support to our participants. About you

We are seeking professional, passionate, and enthusiastic people who share our values and commitment to join our team. We are looking for people who:

– Are caring, compassionate, competent and creative

– May have experience but, if not, are willing to learn to support people who are aging, their carers and families in a partnership model, where the rights and choices of consumers are truly valued. This may include personal care, assistance with medication, dementia and other complex needs.

– Thrive on working as part of a collaborative team, but with capacity to work independently and accountably.

To be eligible you must have, or be able to obtain:

– National Police Check

– CPR and First Aid certificate

– Current NSW Drivers’ Licence and own comprehensively insured vehicle.
